Our Democenter is a facility designed for clients to experience our direct printing technology firsthand and to share their specific requirements with us. Because every company is different, we customize each solution.
Technology available in the Democenter:
Our printers are designed to offer a wide range of solutions, thanks to the specialization of our equipment, which can deliver resolutions from 180 dpi to 360 or 600 dpi.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Monochrome printers:
Ideal for product marking and traceability. They print barcodes, QR codes, and all types of permanent information. We offer compact models like the L5 printer, which takes up minimal space, as well as higher-resolution models like the L6 and L7, which allow for more detailed images and logos.
L5 Two-Color Printer:
This device prints in two colors in a single pass, making it ideal for applying GHS or CLP codes, or for customizing packaging with two-color designs.
Full-Color Printers:
CMYK printing systems that allow packaging to be customized with full-color images. Options range from L6 models with 180 dpi or 360 dpi resolution to the more advanced L7 models with 600 dpi resolution.
L7 Prime CMYK + White Printer:
This printer delivers high-resolution full-color images with a white base layer. It’s designed for substrates with low adhesion or where precise color accuracy is needed. Perfect for premium product packaging that needs to stand out at the point of sale.

L5 System for printing on ceramic tiles and glass:
This system prints logos and identification/traceability codes directly onto the back or edge of ceramic surfaces. We integrate the printing equipment before or after the kiln process, depending on production line needs. The prints withstand high temperatures, making this system suitable for the glass and automotive industries as well.
Printer integrated into a collaborative robot:
In this solution, our printer is embedded in a cobot. Printing can be performed on each package in all directions, with complete flexibility and automation. Our systems communicate in robotic language and can print different messages on each cobot action and surface.
To optimize results in every project, Limitronic also offers auxiliary services and hardware to meet each client’s needs, regardless of their environment or requirements—ensuring a complete and efficient solution. This category includes the L1 equipment line, which features conveyor belts, external controllers, and floor stands, among others.
